Not a Resolution?
I feel a bit weird posting this as it is not a new year’s resolution, seen as I’ve already started, but it’s a good time to set my goals strait. So here’s where I am:
Weight: 132pounds/60kg.
Current 5km: 42mins (may be slow but I’m just glad I can do it XD).
And here are my goals for February:
Weight: Don’t really care but want to lose ½ an inch off my waist. (Obliques here I go).
5km: Below 40 minutes, preferably 35mins but let’s not get carried away.
Varied others: Daily pushups and tricep dips to hopefully finally get my pull up later on. Get closer to my side and middle splits. Eat healthier! This month I’m cutting chocolate, I’m getting sick of it anyway after Christmas. Get my revision sorted and actually stick to my revision plan for once.
So if I remember I’ll check in next month and set my new goals, I managed last month’s (get my 5km) so I’ve got my fingers crossed. Wish me luck!
